Delivery
What are Delivery charges?
We are offering free shipping all over India and for International shipment, it varies from country to country, You'll get the final amount on the checkout page.
Do you deliver International?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide and delivery within 7-10 working days.
How to track FunkyTradition order?
Thank you for placing an order at FunkyTradition. We understand that every order is a gift to yourself or love ones. Hence at FunkyTradition, we keep order tracking very easy and transparent.
Once you have placed your order successfully it goes through the following procedure. Remember it takes 4-7 working days for final delivery.
1- Order Confirmed- It means your bank have confirmed the payment and order is placed successfully.
2- Processing for quality check- All products go through a quality check of product to eliminate any error. It may take up to 24 - 48 hours from the time of placing an order.
3- Packed- Quality check of product is done and packed. Your order is now ready to ship.
4- Shipped- Your order is handed over to our courier partner for final delivery at your doorstep. It takes 3-5 working days in delivery.
What if I am not available when you deliver the order?
In case of Online Order, three attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin until further instructions are given by the customer.
In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to checks their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, three more attempts are made automatically. Further to this, the parcel is re-dispatched only after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.
What if I Refuse/Reject the delivery?
Order Refused, rejected or Undelivered- We attempt delivery 3 times, in case you reject an order in such case no amount will be refunded. If you are not available on the given address to inform us within 15 days from date of order through Live Chat or Contact us Page we will resend the parcel on your shipping address. Shipping charges may or may not be applied according to the situation.

Coupon code can be used to get discount while ordering. We offer coupon codes to the new user. Use FTNEW10 to get 10% Discount.
Why Cash on delivery not available on my pin code?
We have tied with leading courier partner like FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery, Dotzot, Dtdc and Indian post which provides COD on 80000+ Pincodes. If it is not available that means your pin code is not serviceable for COD.
How to order if Cash on delivery is not available?
You can use any of the following method available,

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing an order contact us on Live Chat. After 24 hours we cannot cancel the order.
What if I refuse/reject the delivery?

What is your return/refund policy?
At FunkyTradition, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - if you don’t love your Product, just follow the instructions on our returns and exchanges page and we’ll issue you a refund. We're happy to accept a return for any reason mentioned in our return policy.
Please note several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized Mobile covers for your phone and on demand ordered products cannot be returned.

Situations where only partial refunds or no refund are granted?
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- In case of any abusive or inappropriate behavior from customer we reserve the right to reject the return/ exchange/ replacement request.
Do you replace products?
Yes, the replacement policy is there only if you receive damaged product or not same as pic.
My product is the wrong size can I exchange it?
Yes, If size variants are available in products. We’d be happy to send you a replacement. Please follow the instructions on our returns and exchanges page, and we’ll get started on a replacement for you. Please note Sunglasses are not eligible for size exchange because Sunglasses comes in one standard size only.
What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?
If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact us through Support page https://funkytradition.com/pages/contact or inform us on live chat within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. You will get exchange or refund, depending on a case.
What should I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material and don't forget to mention Damage on Courier person list as it will help us to claim Insurance. If the product is damaged after opening it feel free to contact us.
