Note: We are not accepting any return or replacement request currently as instructed by government officials to avoid risk of spreading the virus in the COVID-19 period until further notice.

Return Policy-

Our all products go through a quality check process so we eliminate 99% chances of error in quality and service. Still, if you face any issues please reach us on WhatsApp or Contact Page.

1- We accept a replacement for damaged product, if you see any damage while accepting an order then please refuse to take the order and ask the courier boy to mention in the delivery paper that the parcel is damaged it will help us to understand you better and claim insurance.

2-If you get a different product, not the same as you ordered, we will replace the product.

3-As we send through courier service so you need to parcel the order with all original packaging to our address which is provided below in case pick up service is not available at your pincode.

4- Please record video at the time of opening the order to claim any damage or missing product complaint. 



Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, replacement, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized Mobile covers for your phone and on-demand ordered products cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refund are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
  • In case of any abusive or inappropriate behavior from the customer, we reserve the right to reject the return/ exchange/ replacement request.


Refunds (Only if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund is provided only in case when product is out of stock for replacement. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It takes 8-10 working days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to replace it for the same item, please contact us on Live Chat our customer support executive will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please Note- Do not send the product without our acknowledgment or you'll be solely responsible in case parcel is lost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 1000 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The order rejected or Undelivered-

We attempt delivery 3 times, in case you reject an order in such case no amount will be refunded. If you are not available at the given address inform us within 15 days from the date of order through Live Chat or Contact us Page we will resend the parcel to your shipping address. Shipping charges may or may not be applied according to the situation.

Customs/Duty Tax- 

Customs/Duty Tax may or may not be applied according to the product category, product price, and country policy. FunkyTradition is not responsible for any such tax and it is to bear by the consignee/buyer only at the time of delivery if applicable.
