5-How do I make payment?
We have easy payment option as follows,

6- My Product is out of stock, now what?
Just keep that product in your cart and you'll be notified by mail if it restocks.

7- Do you deliver out of India?
Yes, we do, we ship worldwide.

8- Cash on delivery available out of India?
Sorry, Cash on delivery is not available out of India due to government terms and conditions.

9- What are Delivery charges?
We are offering Free shipping all over India and for International shipment it varies from country to country, contact us to get delivery charge details.

10- Do you accept old notes of 500 and 1000?
Sorry, we don't accept and you know why.

11- Do you provide an invoice?
Yes, you can download invoice anytime from your order page after successful delivery.

12- Gift packaging available?
We already provide very good packaging so you won't need any gift packaging. Still, if you need you can choose an option at the time of placing an order or contact us through Live Chat.

13-Can you send wishing cards with an order?
Yeah sure. Just mention in the order section at the time of checkout and its completely free.

14- Normal time of delivery?
It takes 4-7 working days in India and 7-10 days in International.

15-Do you offer faster delivery?
Yes, we offer faster delivery in within 48 hours but it cost 200-250/- rupees extra.

16-Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept return if the product is not the same.

17- Do you replace products?
Yes, the replacement policy is there if you receive damage product or not same as pic.

18- Why Cash on delivery not available on my pin code?
We have tied with leading courier partner like FedEx, Aramex, Delhivery, Dotzot, Dtdc and Indian post which provides COD on 80000+ Pincodes. If it is not available that means your pin code is not serviceable for COD.

19-How to order if Cash on delivery is not available?
You can use Direct Bank transfer or Online Payments using your Debit Card, Credit card, Net banking and Mobile wallets.

20- is it safe to order online and making payment?
Of course, your money is yours until you get what you paid for. Your money is safe with us. We use leading payment company Razorpay, Instamojo, Paytm,ePayLater, Simpl, LazyPay, Easebuzz and CCAvenue.

21-How can I track my order?
You can track your order on my order page. Just click on the track to track your order.

22-What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?
If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact us through the contact form or on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. You will get an exchange or refund, depending on a case.

23- What is the quality of your product?
Our products are handpicked high 7A Quality. We are known for our quality and service.

24-What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?
In case of Online Order, three attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin until further instructions are given by the customer.
In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to checks their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, three more attempts are made automatically. Further to this, the parcel is re-dispatched only after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.

25-What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material and don't forget to mention Damage on Courier person list as it will help us to claim Insurance. If the product is damaged after opening it feel free to contact us.

26- Do you welcome reseller?
Yes, we do, the reseller should be genuine and experienced. WhatsApp us on +91-8451977593 to become Reseller.

27- What is coupon code?
Coupon code can be used to get discount while ordering. We offer coupon codes to the new user. Use FTNEW10 to get 10% Discount.

28- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing an order.
